Appellees, Edward Nembhard and James Wilson, were arrested in Detroit Metropolitan Airport shortly after they deplaned from a flight from New York City when heroin was found in the luggage that Wilson was carrying. After they were indicted on four counts for possession of heroin with intent to distribute*fn1 and aiding and abetting each other,*fn2 the district judge heard and overruled their motion to suppress the evidence.
